(P.I.C.A.) Philippine International Cosmetologists Association The voice of the beauty industry presented “Harmony of Colour Series 3.” This annual celebration of the professional group of hairdressers, salon expert and practitioner was held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Makati last August 20, 2012.
At the event, Wella Professionals showcased the International Trend Vision 2012 Spring Summer Collection: The Roxy-70’s inspired, retro, the lady like, velvet pink, dark eye-lashes was the ultimate scene stealer. The Celeste-the futuristic, alien invasion, metallic, nasa couture the outer space was practically something one would like to imagine.
